Fees

The Editorial Board does not charge for processing and publishing articles. Articles submitted by applicants for the third level of higher education (doctoral level) studying under the state-funded form of education and prepared individually (without co-authors) are exempt from any payment (fees) for the processing, reviewing, and/or publication of the articles.
