Personally-Oriented Educational Technologies in the Students' Training of the Art Specialties

The article discusses the students' of the art specialties training on the basis of personally-oriented learning technologies that are the leading provisions of the modern musical education, the problem of development of creative qualities of future specialists on the basis of their productive use; the levels of self-development of future music teachers in the classroom choral conducting; it is determined that the validity of the developed by us pedagogical conditions and instructional techniques contributed to raising the level of professional training and helped the students in free application arsecularatne and absolutely knowledge in practice. Today it becomes obvious the importance of improving the system of musical-pedagogical education and, in particular, conducting and choral training of students and applying it to personal approach, which largely determines the overall structure of the work of the teacher. But, in our opinion, the latest technology can not develop by themselves, it must become an integral part of all science-based educational process of higher school. First of all, the primary school must have a perfect practical activity of the teacher-musician, his individual and creative experience. Our proposed pedagogical conditions and methods will help to create a favorable environment for the process of increase efficiency of professional preparation of future music teachers, which will lead to the change in their value-semantic sphere of the development of internal individual-creative potential of personality.
