Summary. In the article on the basis of the analysis of the most known approaches to defining the essence of the concept «creativity» the model of pedagogical giftedness developed by the author is offered with one of the main components of which being the pedagogical creativity. The offered criteria and parameters of evaluation of the level of development of pedagogical creativity can serve as the basis for their evaluation and self-evaluation by the prospective teachers and teachers-practitioners, and also for the development on this basis the programs of self-perfection.
