The article deals with the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of professional endurance. The necessity for a detailed study of problems of future military control masters’ professional endurance at the stage of operational-tactical level training is proved. The analysis of scientific works on the problem of studying of psychological and pedagogical phenomenon is carried out. A comparative analysis of scientific approaches on the interpretation of key definitions of the study "endurance", "mental stamina" is performed. The author identifies the essence and content of professional endurance future masters of military control and highlights its structural components: value-motivational, emotional-volitional, cognitive, practical activity and subjective.
