The article deals with the main directions of contemporary art education aimed at training and educating specialists, capable of creative self-development and self-realization, professional development and active creative teaching. A phenomenon of art and creative activities are analyzed in the research of scholars of different branches of knowledge. Theoretical-methodological foundations of creative activity experience of future Music teachers are defined. The levels of musical perception and activities that make up the Institute of musical culture of society are characterized. The article reveals the importance of artistic activities in the professional work of a Music teacher. It justifies the focus of future teacher-musician professional training on the development of creative activity experience. The author defines the role of pedagogical and musical improvisation in developing musical-pedagogical creativity of future Music teachers.
