Formation Of Future Ukrainian Language And Literature Teachers’ Readiness To Creative Professional Activities

The article deals with the need for a new type of specialist training, of creative teachers, ready for creative and innovative execution of their professional activities in modern conditions of educational reforming in Ukraine. It is proved the importance of building in the universities creative environment and certain pedagogical conditions that encourage creative activity, due to the needs of society in extraordinary creative personalities. The psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of formation the teachers’ readiness to professional activities is analyzed. The features of formation the future Ukrainian language and literature teachers for professional creativity are analyzed. The methods of innovative educational technologies implementation during the study of subjects “Methodology of Teaching Ukrainian Language” and “Methodology of teaching Ukrainian literature” are described.
