Abstract

The article deals with the grounding of the Higher Military Educational institutions lecturers’ professional competence development pedagogical model in the post-graduate education system. The analysis of scientific views concerning the problem of the optimal forms of teaching and learning activities process, professional development in continuous education system, competence approach in military education system is completed. The approaches to the terms definition “model” and “modeling” are investigated, the author’s definition of professional competence development pedagogical model is offered. Higher Military Educational institutions lecturers professional competence development in the post-graduate education system structural functional model is offered. This model includes next structural blocks: purpose-defining, organizational pedagogical conditions, theoretic methodological, content, organizational, processing, results diagnostic. The content of the model structural elements is revealed.
