Who Is To Be The Result Of The Professional Training Of The Would-Be Specialists In The System Of Higher Professional Education: Personality, Specialist, Specialist’s Personality

The article analyzes the result of the professional training of the would-be specialists in the system of higher professional education and sets forth respective methodological positions as to what and who is to be such a result. It stresses that in today’s pedagogical practice there are several options of such a result: personality, specialist’s personality, specialist as a professional. Within the framework of subject-activity and competence approaches in professional education special attention is given to the formation of the present-day professional as an actor of professional activity – as a result of professional training, ready for professional self- actualization in professional activity.
