ORGANISATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF INFORMATISATION OF MANAGEMENT DURING TRAINING OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS IN THE MASTER'S DEGREE CONDITIONS

The article highlights the organisational and pedagogical conditions of informatisation of management of training of higher education applicants in the conditions of master's degree. It is noted that the introduction of the latest information and communication technologies in the management of higher education is an important factor in improving the efficiency of modern education and professional development of future specialists. The aim of the study was to analyse the peculiarities of the organisational and pedagogical conditions of informatisation of management of training of higher education applicants in the conditions of master's degree. It has been established that informatisation of HEI management is one of the ways to increase the efficiency of making and implementing management decisions by the head of the institution through the introduction of information and communication technologies. The modern organisational forms of the educational process that use information and network communication tools are listed. The didactic and psychological and pedagogical aspects of ICT integration in the management of training of higher education students in the conditions of master's degree are determined. The external (technological progress, changes in the labour market, political and social requirements, public policy and global trends, international integration, changes in educational trends) and internal (the need to improve the quality of the educational process, the need to update curricula, optimisation of management processes, development of research activities, increasing the competitiveness of higher education institutions) factors that stimulate the introduction and development of informatisation in the higher education system in Ukraine are identified.
It is noted that these factors contribute to the introduction of an innovative information and educational environment into the educational process of a higher education institution, and the advantages of using the means of the information and educational environment in the training of higher education students in the conditions of the magistracy are presented.
